Refund policy

If your delivery is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory in any way please email us with the details within 2 days. If you receive a delivery with any breakages we will organise for the broken bottle(s) to be replaced at no additional charge. We will bear the reasonable cost of returning goods that are incorrect. Any products that are returned must be unopened. Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery
