THE WINE: 

Energy, crunch, and a splash of cool. Dotti is the ultimate clock off companion, designed to be served chilled and enjoyed fast. 

A true rarity in the Barossa. As a teinturier variety (red flesh and red skin), Alicante Bouschet usually makes for ink-dark, heavy wines or another famous light red in the Barossa. We've put our spin on it and we're so pumped to showcase it!

TASTING NOTE:

• The Profile: Vibrant ruby red with a lifted nose of cranberry, herbal spice, and tart red berries.

• The Palate: Zippy and structural without the weight. It's filled with turkish delight but carries a crunch that begs for a light chill.

• Vibe: For the customers looking for something different but utterly smashable.

VINEYARD:

Sourced from Rowland Flat, Barossa Valley. This block sits on biscay soils, the heavy clays enable this red fleshed grape thrive and build pretty aromatics, ideal for our light red profile.

Hand-picked early to preserve natural zip. Fermented cool to emphasise the high toned aromatics before spending time on fine lees to build a supple, slippery mouthfeel. Settled in stainless steel for clarity and freshness prior to bottling.
