THE WINE:

TASTING NOTE:
Bright linear acid, yellow peach, white blossom, nectarine, textured rich waxy mouthfeel.
VINEYARD:
Western Ridge of the Barossa Valley, warmer country for region, well suited to Fiano, soils are red clay with limestone and ironstone deposits.
VINIFICATION:
Cold settled off heavy solids. Barrel fermentation then back to barrel on fine lees post fermentation for 7 months. Settled in stainless for 2 weeks prior to bottle.
