The joint venture of two small vineyards we tend to. The Riesling resides in Lyndoch, this parcel is completely dry grown, and sits happily in sandy loam over clay, with a decaying limestone sub-layer. The Semillon sits West of Nuriootpa, with an age of around 90 years, these low-yielding vines provide great depth and fruit concentration, whilst retaining crisp acidity. Both parcels were handled seperately and blended to balance.
