Nose of lemon, citrus, stone fruit and white blossom. The palate is zippy, acid driven lemon/lime citrus forward, slate-minerality present. Biscoff touch on the finish. 

Variety: Semillon 45% / Viognier 45% / Riesling 10% 

Vinification: Semillon spends 10 days on skins, Viognier and Resiling whole bunch pressed. All moved to common tank to co-ferment on fine lees.

nuances on the nose, followed by a beautifully textured palate displaying expansive mouthfeel combined with fine acidity, making it mouth-watering and lingering.
