GRENACHE BLANC
THE WINE:
Lazy lunches and loud laughter, this Grenache Blanc has main character energy in the Barossa Valley. It's our go to every night pour!
TASTING NOTE:
Summer in a glass, lemon lime and citrus all prominent, white peach and a touch of sea spray on the nose, exceptional length and acid, such a delight to drink
VINEYARD:
Vine Vale - Magnolia Road, sandy loam/ sand, great
drainage, tends to lift aromatics.
VINIFICATION:
Barrel fermentation then back to barrel on fine lees post fermentation for 7 months. Settled in stainless for 2 weeks prior to bottle.

‣ Wild yeast fermentation
‣ 11% alc
RIESLING
THE WINE:
The Barossa's cooler cousin - Eden Valley. Zesty, all citrus, with texture and charm.
TASTING NOTE:
Citrus all prominent, great line of acidity, honey and
white blossoms fills the glass. Unbelievable length, balance and
weight.
VINEYARD:
North facing at 470m elevation in Mount Crawford.
VINIFICATION:
Cold settled off heavy solids. Stainless steel fermentation then racked to amphora to ferment on fine lees for 7 months. Settled in stainless for 2 weeks prior to bottle.

FIANO
THE WINE:
Texture, fruit and acid bring brightness and vibrance to your afternoon. Shut your laptop this Fiano thinks it's on vacation.
TASTING NOTE:
Bright linear acid, yellow peach, white blossom, nectarine, textured rich waxy mouthfeel.
VINEYARD:
Western Ridge of the Barossa Valley, warmer country for region, well suited to Fiano, soils are red clay with limestone and ironstone deposits.
