A 90-year old planting West of Nuriootpa, pruned, thinned and picked by us and some friends. This small vineyard consists of gorgeous character, with stunning gnarly vines. We’ve fermented this parcel 70% wholebunch, with the remainder whole berry. Very minimal punchdowns, and basket pressed to two French oak puncheons. This wine is soft, structured, light yet powerful. It truly showcases the diversity Barossa Grenache can have in the BV. Super limited.
