Well, well, well. After a deep search we have been lucky enough to work with a small parcel of Barossa Valley Nero d'Avola. We treated this ferment 100% whole berry, basket pressed straight to neutral french oak.
We've bottled this wine early to maintain it's freshness.
The natural zip and acidity this varietal shows aids in beautiful balance with light florals, bright red fruits and red cherries.
Quite simply, a cracking evening wine to watch the sunset with a slice of pizza in hand.
